   蘇州博洋化學股份有限公司研發中心擁有一支以本科、碩士、博士為主的多層次研發團隊,具備完善的自主研發能力,長期致力于超凈高純、功能性濕電子化學品的定制研發,產品廣泛適用于先進半導體封裝測試、TFT、FPD平板顯示、LED、晶體硅太陽能、PCB等工藝制程。本中心已與華東理工大學共同成立了省級研究生工作站,同時與國內高校、研究機構保持著長期的合作關系,為新技術、新工藝的研究開發提供強大的技術支撐,努力把公司建成國內領先和國際一流的新型濕電子化學品專業研發制造企業。

BOYANG CHEMICAL owes a state-of –the-art R&D Department with an experienced R&D Team and with the most mordern equipment to be able to offer advanced scientific research.

The R&D Department serves the company’s production and inspection departments and provides individual chemical solutions of special customer requests. The goal is total satisfacation of our customers.

BOYANG CHEMICAL cooperates with the R&D Teams of SUZHOU UNIVERSITY and SUZHOU SCIENCE &TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY and SHANGHAI JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY. This enables BOYANG CHEMICAL to have permanent excess to the latest developments on chemicals for the electronic industries. On the basis of this cooperation our company meets the targets of developing supporting new chemicals for the always new generations of electronics.

BOYANG CHEMICAL will further strengthen the R&D-Competence and utilise fully the advantages of the cooperation between Industry and Universtity-research. This will result in the development of more new chemicals for the electronic industries and will result in tha ability to provide advanced technical services.
